Most entries on individuals, places, ships, etc should have an "Appearances" section explaining in which books (or for short appearances, chapters) they appear.

All "Individuals" should be subcategorized - when possible - into things like Human, Gridlinked, Auged, Haiman, AI, Dracomen, Sparkind, Golem, etc.

All characters/places appearing in a book/story should be put into a "$book Cast" category.
