Knobbler

Knobbler is a Prador War era war drone in Line War. He was designed as a terror weapon to penetrate Prador defenses and assassinate Prador adults in as horrific a manner as possible. Like many such, he was not suitable for polite post-war society and avoided contact with non veterans. He is one of the drones assigned to guard the war runcible appropriated by Orlandine and who joins her for the encounter with Erebus. In form, he most resembles the product of unlikely union between an octopus and a fiddler crab witha dash of earth moving equipment for good measure. His main body is about two yards deep amd wide, with appendages and a foldable tail. It is one of the drones Orlandine sees as capable of running the runcible.
