Jebel U-cap (Up-close-and-personal) Krong, previously an ECS Monitor, becomes leader of the Avalonians after witnessing the beginning of the Prador War on Avalon Station and losing his girlfriend Cirella.

He lost his right arm in the Prador's opening assault.It was replaced with a cybernetic prosthesis,allowing him to wield weapons in the fight back. He was responsible for the destruction of Vortex,the First Child of Captain Immanence and leader of the assault and subjugation of Avalon Station,by dropping onto him in zero gravity and attaching and detonating Gecko Mines
