Gecko Mines. Palm sized explosive devices that can attach to nearly any surface,presumably via Van De Waals Force(like a Gecko's feet)They can be programmed to detonate in several ways.Remote,timed and anti-tamper are three modes mentioned. Jebel Krong employs five to kill Vortex,the First Child who killed his partner on the Avalon Station in the book Prador Moon.
