The Friars of the Septarchy are a piece of the Theocracy system. Thousands of them pray day and night over the channels of The Gift, the biotech augs supplied by Behemoth, a.k.a. Dragon

The First Friar has the ancient memory crystals that once contained the truths of the first colonists sewn into his eyesockets. Acolytes have their eyes sewn shut.

Loman Dorth has all the Firars of the Septarchy killed after Dragon has fallen.
