Member of the Cheyne III Separatist Movement.

After Cormac kills his sister Angelina, Pelter follows Cormac to Samarkand to avenge her. He is aided by John Stanton and Mr Crane as well as Dragon.

On Cheyne III, he has Sylac install an aug together with Mr Crane's comamnd module. On Huma, Grendel gives him an aug from Dragon through which Dragon can supply Pelter with information. He tears of Dragon's aug after he finds that Dragon is trying to control him through Grendel.

Cormac finally kills him on Viridian.
